ABOUT JT FOXX

J.T. Foxx, an articulate champion and protector of the American Dream and our Traditional Values that make this country so great, established his name and reputation at a very young age. In his mid twenties, four gray hairs provide the only evidence that JT is old enough to sign a mortgage. A serial entrepreneur, real estate tycoon (maybe in his own mind ) and one of America’s foremost foreclosure experts is one the most passionate, successful and charismatic individuals you will ever meet. The decision to focus his entrepreneurial spirit on real estate results from passions arising from his parents’ loss of the family home to foreclosure in the 1990’s. But J.T.’s true roots for his entrepreneurial passion can be traced to the day he read Donald Trumps book “The Art of the deal”. A young mans future and destiny was shaped that very day and since then his desire to succeed and change
the world for the better has never burned more brightly with each passing day. Combining the teachings of Donald Trump, investing strategies of Warren Buffet and hundreds of other American dream stories, J.T. Foxx has achieved
unbelievable and unprecedented success at such a young age. His business was originally built on providing homeowners a fresh start by purchasing their homes as a way to avoid the permanent “black mark” of foreclosure.
Foxx soon realized more could be done and developed a program to allow families the chance to repair their lives without uprooting their family from schools, friends and the support network they would need to get back on their feet. Hence the Second Chance Program launched to specifically further this vision.

J.T. Foxx is a passionate advocate for foreclosure survivors, regularly testifying before legislative committees and working one-on-one with attorney generals, senators and congressmen. Mr. Foxx has been featured as a guest on television and radio shows to speak of his successes and his companies. J.T. Foxx’s first radio show started as “Foreclosure Talk Radio,” and within weeks had to be renamed to the “JT Foxx Show,” due to its unexpected popularity and success among people who back JT as the voice of the silent majority and Defender of the American Dream. J.T. Foxx is also the Chairman and President of YouFindweBuy.com and among a long list of other companies.

ABOUT TOM SALLAS

Tom Sallas was born with a real estate contract in one hand, and a lease in the other.  Tom’s been managing properties through the family business since he was big enough to hold a wrench.  He balked at the idea of joining the ranks of realtors, though, so armed with an engineering degree and an MBA went to work in the corporate world, first designing manufacturing facilities, then as a business strategist before coming full-circle back into real estate.

It didn’t take Tom long to learn he hated the “safety” of a “regular paycheck” more than he hated the idea that people were overpaying for investment properties, so he decided to do something about both.  He built a new business to help investors make money in real estate, focusing on the identification and acquisition of investment-grade properties while providing the training, systems and support to help investors achieve their objectives.

His entire life, he’s tried to keep a low profile in an effort to keep politicians out of his pockets (everyone hates the landlord).  With introduction of predatory legislation and an ever-increasing tax burden, Tom finally had enough.  He met JT Foxx on a trip to Springfield, where they joined forces to fight for people’s rights to earn money and build wealth.  The rest is history...
