Show Theme: Are Real Estate Investor the bad guys? J.T. Foxx takes on liberal do-godders!
Guest: Debra Moore and Mike Van Zaligen from the Neighbourhood Housing of Chicago Foreclosure survivors, Bill, Alan, Judy and Maria
Show Recap: The J.T. Foxx Show starts by extending an olive branch to the office of the attorney general and extend his message of eliminate fraud not choice. He also introduces his candidate of choice to run this country (the punch line here is that this is a very funny segment). J.T. finally gets to Mike and Debra from the Neighborhood Housing of Chicago which do everything from foreclosure bailouts to credit counseling. He praises them for their good work and their impact on society but questions them on their views regarding legitimate investors. After Mike and Debra vow that they have never heard of successful real estate investor driven foreclosure bailout transactions, J.T. proves them wrong with a wave of foreclosure survivors live on the line. After being shocked and surprised, the conversation turns into a very heated debate about the Mortgage Rescue Fraud Act, which is already perceived as highly controversial. This interview is truly an eye opener into the mentality of a liberal do-gooder organization and the sentiment they have towards investors. The show ends with Mike saying don't do deals with investors..(wow)! Very informative and entertaining show that will leave you wanting more and shake your head in disbelief.

J.T. and Tom read and answer some of the thousands of emails they get each week. J.T. shares with the listeners about how to get involved and fight back for their rights. He also talks about what you should do if you get sued and the show would not be complete without another one of J.T.’s infamous dating stories. Eddie Weinhouse comes on the show to discuss a controversial article that is making news around the country on whether or not Attorney Generals are terrorists because of the recent string of bad laws they are passing against investors. The show picks up steam as mortgage brokers share their frustration with HB 4050, the mandatory credit counseling act. All hell breaks lose when Democratic State Representative Sheryl Graham joins the show to share her views on the law. Although J.T. treated her with uttermost respect and appreciated her coming on, her comments on the show are leaving many wondering if our politicians have any clue about what they are talking about.
